JL91 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JL91, one of the Philippines' trusted online gaming platforms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JL91 ("we," "us," or "our"). 3. Account Registration

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — the same name on your JL91 account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱10,000 in total bets before withdrawing. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.

• Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering process.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Tongits or Card Games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activities that violate Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JL91 staff or other players through any channel.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.

JL91 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and the relevant gaming regulatory bodies. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

JL91's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
